CGRundertow STAR FOX 64 3D for Nintendo 3DS Video Game Review

Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Star Fox 64 3D from Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS. Star Fox 64 3D is the second classic Nintendo 64 game remade for the Nintendo 3DS. Level for level and quote for quote, this is the same Star Fox 64 you played until your thumb went numb in 1997. But it's never been better than it is now. So yes, Star Fox 64 3D is a port, an ugly word with an ugly connotation. But there's nothing ugly about Star Fox 64 3D. This game has been polished to a stunning gleam for the 3DS. Those old graphics from an old console that hasn't aged all that well have been replaced with gorgeous vistas, vibrant colors, impressive effects...it's clear that a lot of effort went into this game, and the result is a very polished product that defies those negative connotations that come with the label "port."
