Heavy Fire: Special Operations was originally released to WiiWare in 2010. Fast forward two years later, and the game has returned for a second campaign on the 3DS eShop. So much for second chances. This is, for the most part, the exact same game you got on WiiWare...only with 3D graphics and a stylus. And somehow, it's worse.
