CGRundertow DONKEY KONGA 2 review for Nintendo GameCube Video Game Review
  • 12 years ago
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Donkey Konga 2 from Namco and Nintendo for the Nintendo GameCube. Donkey Konga 2 is yet another rhythm game based on drumming. It's virtually identical to the original Donkey Konga in every way that matters, but it's generally only different in ways that make it worse. Once again, you play songs by beating the fantastic DK Bongos controller. It's ridiculously fun to play Donkey Konga 2, but the problem is, good luck finding friends who want to play Chevelle. Donkey Konga 2 features a soundtrack comprised largely of generic radio music, which is the biggest reason Donkey Konga 2 isn't quite as good as the first Donkey Konga. This video game review features video gameplay footage of Donkey Konga 2 for the Nintendo GameCube and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
