JOE: COBRA STRATO VIPER action figure that was packaged with the Cobra Night Raven space ship jet fighter toy from 1986. Cobra was the collective of evil bad guys that tried to fight GI Joe and even though they always had superior hardware, firepower and more creative weapons they lost! No leadership! Had Cobra promoted more Strato Vipers from the ranks to officer positions they could have easily destroyed GI Joe.
