Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Wolfenstein 3D from id Software and Imagineer for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Wolfenstein 3D was also released for virtually every platform in the early 1990s. Wolfenstein 3D is really the precursor to just about every first-person shooter on the market. There aren't many games you can say this about, but Wolfenstein 3D is in pretty elite company as a game that, by coalescing ideas from past games, really created a whole new genre. But on the Super Nintendo, it just created headaches.
