Build-a-Lot 3 has you flying all over Europe and buying up property. Seems illegal to me. Each level has a set of goals you have to meet. You might have to raise your rent to a certain amount or build certain buildings. And so once you meet those requirements, you're onto the next neighborhood. Or country.
