Syrian rebels target Idlib

In Syria, rebel fighters say they are preparing to attack the northern city of Idlib. They haven't made any gains in the area for a year, but after losing Qusayr, they want to retake the initiative. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Idlib.
