WWF Super WrestleMania video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of WWF Super WrestleMania for the Super NES developed by Sculptured Software and published by LJN.
Before WWE games like Royal Rumble and Raw, there was Super WrestleMania. Released for both the SEGA Genesis and Super NES, and each with its own unique roster, this game served as the blueprint for many early 1990s wrestling games. The game’s roster features a mix of 1980s stars and up-and-comers from WWE’s New Generation era, from Hulk Hogan and “Macho Man” Randy Savage to The Undertaker. Every wrester has the same moves, although the SEGA Genesis version also features the wrestlers’ trademark finishing moves. WWF Super WrestleMania includes single-player and local multiplayer play on the Super NES.
