Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of WWF No Mercy for the Nintendo 64 developed by AKI Corporation and published by THQ. The Nintendo 64 was known not only for great multiplayer games, but for great wrestling games. In fact, thanks to AKI Corporation and THQ, it might’ve had the best wrestling games of any system in history. WWF No Mercy is one of those games. Built on AKI’s groundbreaking grappling engine, this was another great game in the vein of WrestleMania 2000 and WCW/nWO Revenge. With a massive roster of more than 60 of the biggest stars in WWF history, No Mercy is like a Royal Rumble times two. Speaking of which, there’s also a Royal Rumble mode, as well as a slew of others. WWF No Mercy features single-player play, but with local multiplayer, it became legendary. This video review features video gameplay footage of WWF No Mercy for the Nintendo 64 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
