Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Crystal’s Pony Tale for the SEGA Genesis developed and published by SEGA. Crystal is a pony. This is her tale. She probably puts her mane in a ponytail from time to time, but who’s to say? She has bigger problems to deal with right now. The evil Storm Witch has captured all her pony friends, and now she has to explore Ponyland’s three kingdoms to save them. Crystal’s Pony Tale is a simple 2D action game in which children side-scroll and solve basic puzzles. It’s also excessively pink, so children who like pink are the recommended audience. Crystal must find tiny gems that break the spells holding her friends captive, but she must also look out for the Storm Witch along the way! Crystal’s Pony Tale is a single-player kids game.
