General Chaos review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of General Chaos for the SEGA Genesis developed by Game Refuge, Inc. and published by Electronic Arts.

Point and click your way through the battlefield…on a console?! Strange as it sounds, that’s what General Chaos is all about. This is a strategy game that brings a traditionally PC control method to the SEGA Genesis. Players move a cursor with the d-pad, guiding their troops around the battlefield by pointing and clicking. Because each soldier type has different abilities, placement on the battlefield is vitally important. Gunners and rocket launchers must be placed further back, while it’s better to place flamethrowers and grenade throwers closer to the fray. Playing as General Chaos, your objective is to push back the armies of General Havoc and eventually capture his capital city. Of course, he’s trying to do the same to you. General Chaos is a back-and-forth battle for territory and pride! Just watch out for the flamethrowers. General Chaos is a single-player strategy game that also supports local multiplayer.

This video review features video gameplay footage of General Chaos for the SEGA Genesis and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
