A tornado that lasted only 6 seconds has killed at least 13 people and injured dozens in the city of Acuña in northern Mexico on Monday. Three were children, one of which was an 11-month-old baby. The tornado that struck the city on the United States border with Texas left 200 homes destroyed and 1000 homes damaged or without services such as electricity. Wind speeds of up to 200 km/h were registered. President Enrique Peña Nieto visited the area and neighbors are organizing support brigades to send aid. Clayton Conn reports from Mexico for teleSUR.
