EarthBound Beginnings is finally here. And "finally" is certainly the word, as we're going on... 23 years since it was localized and subsequently shelved. Long considered just an anomaly, a ROM that somehow made it out of Redmond, a curiosity that predates one of the most curious RPGs ever created, the game they called Mother is finally available in the Western world. Unfortunately, aside from the language, literally nothing has changed from the 1989 original. And I don't know the last time you tried to play an RPG from 1989, but...
