Kwirk video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Kwirk for the Game Boy developed by Atlus and published by Acclaim.
Kwirk is a walking tomato. Just go with it. And when his tomato gal pal is kidnapped, he has to solve puzzles to save her. Somehow, her name isn’t Cherry, which seems like a missed opportunity to us. The game has two individual modes—one with individual puzzles and another where they must be solved on a timer in succession. The game’s controls are slightly touchy, so beware of playing with the GameCube’s lousy d-pad on the Game Boy Player, but the gameplay is fast, fun and totally addictive. Kwirk offers single-player and local multiplayer play on the original Game Boy.
