Pocket Bomberman video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Pocket Bomberman for Game Boy Color developed by Hudson Soft and published by Nintendo.
Bomberman trades multiplayer mayhem for solitary adventure in Pocket Bomberman, a single-player puzzle/platformer for the Game Boy Color. The game combines that classic Bomberman gameplay with the flavor of a platformer—power-ups, side-scrolling, boss battles, the works. The game’s 25 levels are divided into five separate worlds, each with its own aesthetic and theme. Pocket Bomberman also has a secondary mode called Jump Mode that is essentially Doodle Jump: Bomberman Edition. Also compatible with the original Game Boy, Pocket Bomberman is a single-player game on the Game Boy Color.
