Pasay mayor, city council fight over reclamation project

Pasay City said there's a hitch with the controversial reclamation project it awarded to the SM Group last week. The city's legal officer said the council recalled the award, but the mayor will question that recall. -- ANC Business Nightly, December 4, 2013
