1. Resistance Knee to Alternate Elbow - 25 each leg

2. Resistance Single Leg Push Through - 25 each leg

3. Resistance Mountain Climbers - 40 total

4. Resistance Bands Crunch - 20 total

5. Resistance Band Leg Raise -10reps.

Complete 4 Cycles ~3 minutes rest between cycles
