In ths case , the credits "The Troubado(u)rs refer to Shilkret's Victor studio band. This brilliant tune is an excerpt from a 1928 hit Broadway musical, which Frank Capra adapted into an equally successful 1930 film, starring Joe Cook and Louise Fazenda.
