CGRundertow PUCCA POWER UP for Nintendo DS Video Game Review

Pucca Power Up review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Pucca Power Up from Barunson Creative and UFO Interactive for the Nintendo DS. Power Up is a new platformer from UFO Interactive based on Pucca, which—despite humble origins in the e-card business—has become an international cartoon franchise owned by Disney. Pucca Power Up is a pedestrian kids game...not bad, not great, not hard, just right for little kids. Power Up puts you in control of two characters. You'll play as both Pucca and Garu, swapping between them automatically between levels. This is more of a cosmetic change than anything else. The two characters control the same, they have the same abilities and if not for the different colors, you wouldn't even notice. That feeling of sameness permeates the entire experience. The game has six worlds, each with a handful levels. But as with the characters, the only differences are their colors. This video review features video gameplay footage of Pucca Power Up for the Nintendo DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
