Shien the Blade Chaser chases blades. Sure, he's got one of his own, which he uses for defense (which is a strange notion for a first-person rail shooter like this, but hear it out), but yet he chases the blades of the jerks what stole his girlfriend, Aska. And now they're recruiting fish-men and traveling through time, sending everything from ninja to sahagin to TANKS at our hero, who's only got some chunks of metal and a quick mouse finger with which to defend himself.
