Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Another World for PC developed by Eric Chahi and DotEmu and published by Focus Home Interactive.
You might know it as Another World. You might know it as Out of This World. You might know it as Other World. Whichever version you played, from the Amiga to the Super NES to this Steam offering, the game remained the same: A particle accelerator goes haywire in a lightning storm, and blasts its operator, his desk, and his beer across the universe onto an alien planet full of more hazards that I particularly care to name at this time. You've gotta fight your way through a heavily-armed society of big, blocky aliens, using only a laser pistol, a friend who you sprung from the clink, and (thankfully) infinite lives.
