Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Mickey’s Ultimate Challenge for the SEGA Genesis developed by WayForward Technologies and published by Hi Tech Expressions. Disney’s animation icons get educational in Mickey’s Ultimate Challenge. A collection of five puzzle games strung together in a short quest, players can play as either Mickey or Minnie as they collect magic beans and try to figure out what is troubling the kingdom. The five minigames include familiar puzzle conventions like memory games and even a Zelda-like game in which players must push objects. The game features cameos from Disney characters like Hewey, Dewey and Louie. We’d list more of the characters, but those guys are a list themselves! Mickey’s Ultimate Challenge features single-player and local multiplayer play.
