Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy for PlayStation 2, developed by Gust and published by Nippon-Ichi.
Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy follows its predecessor in blending school-style assignments with a good ol' swords-and-sorcery-and-some-machines JRPG adventure. While some elements are pared back a bit from the previous version - including some of the complexity surrounding battle and pathed character development - this new chapter of the textbook is still an intense and challenging number-cruncher of a game, even if you might only play it for the soundtrack.
