This is a combination of the first three Mortal Kombat games, allowing you to choose any fighter and any stage from those games. You can now even choose boss characters that where previously unplayable. There are also new characters and new game settings. All this makes for a complete Mortal Kombat game that marked the end of the 2D sprite era.
