Shinseiki GPX: Cyber Formula plays like a top-down rally racer, an old arcade and home-console staple with plenty of quick turns and fast action. Strange, then, that it'd come to us thanks to Arc System Works, who would go on to become one of the most dominant names in the 2D fighting genre. But that wouldn't be until years later. In 1992, they were busy adapting this obscure anime series about formula racing in the far-off future (vis the year 2015) into a Super Famicom game, one which would later make it to the states under the name "CyberSpin."
