Metal Arms: Glitch In The System review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Metal Arms: Glitch In The System for the Nintendo GameCube developed by Swingin’ Ape Studios and published by Sierra Entertainment.

If WALL-E had been armed with weapons of mass destruction, he would’ve been a lot like Glitch. Metal Arms: Glitch In The System tells Glitch’s story, a tale of cute droids and heavy explosives. This combat-heavy plays like a third-person shooter set in a Nintendo 64 platformer. Glitch has access to laser beams, gatling guns, rocket launchers and more explosive weaponry than you’d expect from any cutesy robot. In fact, one of the coolest element of the game is the contrast between its character and content. It’s not every day you see such adorable robots trying to blow each other to pieces. This is an impressive-looking GameCube game, as well, and a reminder of how powerful that system really was. If you like games like Ratchet and Clank and Battalion Wars, this character-rich shooter is for you. Metal Arms: Glitch In The System features single and local multiplayer play.
