CGR Undertow - BATMAN VENGEANCE review for Nintendo GameCube
  • 11 years ago
Batman Vengeance review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Batman Vengeance for Gamecube developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. Who doesn't want to play as the Dark Knight? Batman the Animated Series was one of the greatest things Batman ever made. The show just understood what Batman should be and delivered. Batman Vengeance tries to rekindle that magic, only in the world of video games. Each villain has a section, making the game feel like a series of separate episodes from the show. Batman has multiple different moves, abilities, and gadgets that help fight the villains and their henchmen and also move around Gotham City. While the game has all the elements of something great, they feel disconnected, with empty environments and unimaginative gameplay. It is still Batman and entertaining, but could have been better. This video review features video gameplay footage of Batman Vengeance for Gamecube and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
